Andrew Wesley Nance, a freshman at Hampden-Sydney College, was named to Dean’s List for the first semester of the 2008-2009 academic year. To earn this distinction, students must achieve at least a 3.3 grade point average out a possible 4.0.
Dudley receives Campbell University scholarship
Rachel Nicole Dudley of Salemburg has received a presidential scholarship from Campbell University in Buies Creek. Dudley transferred from U.N.C.-Greensboro. She is the daughter of Dale and Jane Childress.
