Union Intermediate fourth-graders were in for a technological treat when they visited the school media center recently! The students were led on a high-tech scavenger hunt using QR codes and iPads!

Along with written instructions, the students used the iPads to scan the QR codes using the Microsoft Tag app, which led them to their next clue. The engaging lesson allowed students to learn all about how the books are organized, the different sections of the library, and where to find needed resources. Erik Arellano stated, “It was fun! I like it better than doing a worksheet!” Scanning the codes was Anahi Munoz’s favorite part!
