• 10/4 — Christopher Tart, 17, 4561 Plain View Hwy., Dunn, was charged with simple assault. Bond $500; trial date Oct. 31.

• 10/5 — Kinney Henry, 49, 500 Cypress St., Roseboro, was charged with driving with license revoked. Bond $1,500; trial date Oct. 22.
