
Hands-On Training for Foods students at Clinton High School
Students in the Family Consumer Science department joined up with FCCLA to sponsor a guest chef coming from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte on Sept. 24. Students were shown culinary skills in the kitchen. Students work collaborative in cooking a lab experience "White Bean Chili" that they enjoyed greatly. Everyone gained knowledge about pursuing a career from the Restaurant/Hospitality pathway and were able to see success in action through the end product of sampling their work.
