
FCCLA members attend fall conference
On Oct. 8i, Clinton High School FCCLA club members attended the 2012 NC FCCLA Fall Conference held at Swansboro High School. Pictured are club officers; Zachary Tyson, Monica Baldwin, Elizabeth Carter, and Kianna Morrisey along with Mrs. Donna Owens, an FCCLA/FACS teacher, who presented State workshops on 'Dazzling Displays' and 'Made to Make Healthy Cool.' Students were given the opportunity to learn leadership and public speaking skills through their Career and Technical Education Organization. The FCCLA members came back with a lot of new ideas to incorporate into their planning process.
