Union Middle School used a strong ground game to take a 32-6 victory over the visiting Raiders from Midway in middle school football action on Wednesday.
The Spartans were led by Tamah Chestnutt who scored three times.
Coach Robert Hill applauded the efforts of his young team and said they are improving every day.
The Spartans will travel to Sampson Middle School next Wednesday to take on the undefeated Horses.
