CLINTON — Mr. Leonard Langston Jr., 69, of 120 Southwood Drive, died Monday, Oct. 15, 2012 at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro.

Mr. Langston was born in 1943 to the late Leonard and Georgia Monk Langston and was raised in Newton Grove and also graduated from Forest Hill High School in Four Oaks.

Funeral Mass will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 20, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Romen Acero officiating. A private burial will be held at the families request.

Mr. Langston leaves to cherish his memories daughters, Pamela Fryar of Fayetteville, Karen Chambers of New Jersey; son, Fredrick Langston of New Jersey; brothers, Clarence Langston of Charlotte, Phillip Langston of South Carolina; sisters, Barbara Phillips of Rocky Mount, Maejolene Langston of Clinton, Gloria Langston of Clinton; and three grandchildren.

The reception will be held after the Funeral Mass in the Church Fellowship Hall and other times at his daughter’s home, Pamela Fryar, at 5763 Bavaria Place in Fayetteville.

The Langston Family has entrusted services to Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation of Clinton.
