10/25 — Sherman Sewell, 55, 1064 North St., Fayetteville, was charged with assault and battery. Bond $2,500; Nov. 25.


10/25 — Jerrick Moore, 22, 500 The Avenue, Clinton, was charged with possession of marijuana. Trial date is Jan. 30.


10/26 — Tonya Hennis, 36, 12426 Broadwater Bridge Road, Roseboro, was charged with simple assault. Bond $500; trial date Dec. 4.


10/27 — Christopher Royal, 35, 7907 North U.S. 421 Hwy., Clinton, was charged with cyberstalking. Trial date Nov. 13.


10/27 — Jessie Oakes, 30, 659 Isaac Weeks Road, Clinton, was charged with assault. Bond $1,000; trial date Oct. 29.

10/28 — Deidre Middlebrook, 24, 203 E. Pollock St., Warsaw, was charged with driving with license revoked; and a probation violation. Bond $1,500; trial date Dec. 18.


10/28 — Hector Contreras, 25, 802 College St., Clinton, was charged with damage to property. Bond $1,000; trial date Oct. 29.


10/28 — Carlton Lattimore, 42, 630 Eastover Terrace, Clinton, was charged with trespassing. Bond $1,000; trial date Nov. 20.


10/28 — Daniel Cooper, 21, 221 Turkey Lane, Salemburg, was charged with trespassing and assault on a government official. Bond $2,500; trial date Nov. 5.
