Arrests


• Nov. 21 — Stanley Jones Jr., 21, of 58 Mack Joseph Lane, Roseboro, was charged with injury to personal property and simple assault. Bond was set at $1,000; court date is Dec. 11.


• Nov. 21 — Lee Rackley, 54, of 304 Arrowhead Drive, Clinton, was charged with communicating threats. Bond was set at $500; court date was Nov. 26.


• Nov. 22 — Kinston Aaron Poole, 17, of 1165 Taylors Bridge Hwy., Clinton, was charged with shoplifting. No bond was set; court date is Jan. 8.


• Nov. 23 — German A. Sorta, 25, of 112 Chestnutt St., Clinton, was charged with hit and run, driving while impaired and no operator’s license. Bond was set at $12,000; court date is Jan. 29.


• Nov. 26 — Adam Price Ryals, 31, of 6050 Suttontown Road, Faison, was charged with communicating threats. Bond was set at $500; court date is Dec. 11.


• Nov. 26 — Billy Davis Jacobs, 59, of 714 Stetson St., Clinton, was charged with domestic communicating threats. No bond was set; court date is Dec. 11.


• Nov. 26 — Jamiel Antonio Wright, 29, of 605 Pine St., Clinton, was charged with threatening phone call. Bond was set at $500; court date is Dec. 11.


• Nov. 26 — Glen Earl Tucker, 50, of 907 Warren St., Clinton, was charged with two counts of worthless check. No bond was set; court date is Jan. 14.


• Nov. 27 — Todge Williams, 32, of 925 Cooper Road, Salemburg, was charged with larceny. Bond was set at $1,000; court date is Jan. 3.


Incidents/investigations


• Nov. 26 — Warren and Linda Simmons of Godwin reported a residential break-in, with a chrome-plated .22-caliber pistol stolen along with a gold watch, gold-plated dollar bill and a book of checks. The total value of the items was about $300.
