The Midway defense had a outstanding game, according to head soccer coach Will Hurley. “We are so excited and proud to a part of Midway school history by getting this win today,” said Hurley. “I am really happy for the girls. You could see in their eyes that they knew they were a part of being something special. This makes it all worth the effort of coming out to coach this team. I could not be more proud of their efforts today.” Wednesday’s victory was the first win in the two years the girl’s soccer team has existed at Midway.
