Mrs. Catherine Rogers Lee, 85, passed away early Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013 at her residence. Born in Sampson County, she was the daughter of the late Henry Wallace Rogers and Henrietta Williamson Rogers and wife of the late Frank Lee.

A service celebrating her life will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Russ Evans and the Rev. Ray Smith officiating. Entombment will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Wayne Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. Family members will greet friends Tuesday following the funeral service at the funeral home.
