Arrests

2/1 -Jessica Hall, 31, 408 S. 7th St., Wilmington, drunk and disruptive, failure to appear on charges of driving while license revoked and expired registration. Bond $1,500; court date March 11.

2/4 - Lenora Chestnutt Anders, 41, 1252 Wilbur Pridgen Road, Harrells, failure to appear on charges of forgery of an instrument, uttering a forged instrument and felony probation violation. Bond $1,000; court date Feb. 27.

2/4 - Penchealea Ann Jacobs, 36, 25 Yellow Skin Road, Autryville, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bond $500; court date March 4.

2/4 - Lawrence Jay Roberson, 46, 1026 Minnie Hall Road, Salemburg, no operator’s license. Bond $500; court date Feb. 25.

Incidents

2/4 - John Cruz, Church Road, Newton Grove, reported that someone pried open a door to his residence, entered and took the following items: a 55-inch plasma TV valued at $1,600, a 100-pound fire safe valued at $100, treasury bonds valued at over $6,000; silver coins valued at $3,500; assorted jewelry valued at $20,000, and an alarm and security equipment valued at $200. Damage to the door and frame was estimated at $150.

2/4 - Maria Guadalupe, Hernandez Lane, Roseboro, reported that someone broke into her home. Nothing was reported stolen and no damage was listed.

2/4 - Clinton police are investigating vehicle break-ins to three vehicles in the area of Badger Court and Barrus Avenue. Taken from the cars were debit cards, driver’s license, cash, books, CDs, a GPS navigation system, sunglasses and cell phone charges.
