2/8 - Betty Jean Pearce, 47, 178 Sunshine Lane, failure to comply. Bond $295; court date March 7.


2/8 - Joshua Emmanuel Smith, 27, 1333 Isaac Weeks Road, Clinton, failure to appear on injury to personal property charge. Bond $600; court date March 19.


2/8 - Blaine Christian Sullivan, 25, 253 Faison Hwy., Clinton, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods/property; felony forgery of an endorsement; and felony obtaining property by false pretenses. In addition, officers also served failure to appear warrants for speeding and driving while license revoked. Bond $6,000; court date March 5.

2/10 - Tony Deandrea McNeil Jr., 18, 103 S. Mars Drive, Dunn, cited for possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance. No bond set; court date March 11.


2/10- David Graham Bradshaw, 36, 225 Grady Road, Clinton, cited for simple possession of marijuana and driving while license revoked. No bond set; court date March 18.


2/10 - Shirley Renee Smith, 48, 445 Pink Lane, Roseboro, communicating threats. Bond $200; court date March 5.


2/10 - Deborah Aponte Boykin, 59, 513 Pink Lane, failure to appear on reckless driving with wanton disregard charge. Bond $500; court date March 25.


Incidents


2/9 - Crystal Gore, Autry Highway, reported that someone took a building and its contents from her property. In addition to the building, miscellaneous items, including furniture and clothing, were stolen. The building was valued at $4,000; items inside, $3,000.


2/10 - Christopher Frederick of Timber Lane, Dunn, reported that someone stole a green Hyunda Elantra, a cell phone and assorted tools and clothing that were inside of it while the vehicle was parked at his residence. The car was valued at $700; the contents inside, $900.


2/10 - J. Faison Joyner, Mt. Olive Highway, Mount Olive, reported that someone stolen his Dodge Ram while it was parked at his residence. The Dodge was valued at $5,500.
