Melvin crowned Miss Greater Cape Fear Outstanding Teen
Shannon Melvin was crowned Miss Greater Cape Fear Outstanding Teen at Campbell University last month. She will compete on the state level at the Miss NC Outstanding Teen in June. She is the daughter of Latonia and Curtis Melvin. Pictured with Shannon is Ebony Douglas, her Carolina Princess and the daughter of Shawnta Douglas.
