Rotary program chairwoman Victoria Byrd, left introduced guest speaker Tracey Odom, a social worker with the Sampson County Partnership for Children during the club's March 18 meeting. Ms. Odom described 'The Incredible Years,' a Partnership program that teaches parents how to deal with challenging behavior in their young children.
