4/25 - Kendall Craig Wooten, 57, 2120 maple Grove Church Road, Dunn, harassing phone calls, cyberstalking. Bond $1,000; court date May 28.


4/25 - Woodrow Sidney Taylor, 29, 738 Dunn Road, Roseboro, intoxicated and disruptive. Bond $1,000; court date May 16.


4/26 - Nasir Abdul, 27, Days Inn, assault on a female. Bond $5,000; court date May 23.


4/26 - Stephen Montrel Lewis, 30, 311 East Carter St., Clinton, failure to appear on charge of child support. Bond $2,000; court date April 30.


4/27 - Frederick Chisholm, 27, 300 E. Johnson St., Clinton, felony possession of heroin (1.3 grams), driving while impaired and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Chisholm was stopped by Clinton police near Wellness Center on Johnson Street and charges were leveled. Bond $11,000; court date June 10.


4/27 - Maurice Thompson, 29, 738 Tyndall Thomas Road, Clinton, simple assault. No bond and no court date listed.


4/27 - Rossie Lee McNeil, 44, 1384 Spring Branch Road, Dunn, simple assault. No bond; court date May 14.


4/28 - Michael Williford, 41, 1560 Juniper Road, Newton Grove, fugitive warrant from Virginia. Officers took him into custody when they went to the residence to serve a child support warrant. When they checked his name in the national data base they discovered he had warrants from Virginia. He is being held without bond on the fugitive warrant and is awaiting extradition from that state.


4/28 - Brittany Lynn Sutton, 20, 704 Garden Road, Four Oaks, six counts misdemeanor probation violation from Johnston County. Bond $120,000; court date May 20.


4/28 - Jonathan Rackley, 26, 1444 Smithfield Hwy., Clinton, trespassing. Bond $500; court date June 19.


Incidents


4/25 - H.B. Royal of Keener Road, Faison reported to sheriff’s deputies that someone removed a 1992 utility trailer valued at $900 from underneath his shelter.


4/26 - Justin Register, Autryville, reported that someone took a Kindle Fire, valued at $300, while he was at work on Industrial Drive. The Kindle was last seen in his tool box.


4/26 - John Croyle, Bonnettsville Road, Clinton, reported that someone took a .40-caliber handgun from his vehicle while it was parked at his place of employment on Industrial Drive in Clinton. The gun was valued at $400.


4/27 - James Marble, King Road, Clinton, reported that someone forced open the front door to his home and took a flat screen plasma TV valued at $1,500 and an XBox 360 from his home. Damage to the metal door was estimated at $300.
