5/7 - Charles Wayne Bass, 31, 2642 Hunter Road, Clinton, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bond $100; court date June 4.


5/7 - Laura Lee Bryd, 37, 2918 Easy St., Dunn, failure to comply, failure to appear on charges of driving while license revoke and failure to wear a seat belt. Bond $3,150; court date May 22.


5/7 - Clifford Brian Williams, 36, 116 Shane Lane, Dunn, trespassing. Bond $1,000; court date May 28.


5/7 - Robert Lee Chandler, 39, 148 Kitty Fork Road, Clinton, assault on a female. Bond $500; court date May 28.


5/7 - Wilbur Scott Vickery, 18, 995 Bearskin Road, Salemburg, two counts assault on a government official (school). Sheriff’s reports note that as the suspect was allegedly trying to assault another student, he pushed one teacher away and then pushed another teacher down to the floor, causing a minor injury to her hip. Bond $2,500; court date June 11.

5/8 - Owners of Taylor and Sanderson reported to police that someone threw a brick through the business window, entered and stole a television valued at $2,000. Damage to the window was estimated at $1,000.


5/7 - Cammie Byrd, Henry’s Landing, Dunn, reported that someone entered the rear door of her residence and took assorted property. Reported taken during the theft was a laptop valued at $600; a desktop computer valued at $920; an Android tablet valued at $85; assorted coins valued at $300; and assorted jewelry valued at over $3,500.


5/7 - Travis Reardon, Casper Road, Dunn, reported that someone kicked open the door to his residence and took assorted property. Taken was a 42-inch flat screen TV valued at $500; a gold nugget ring valued at $200; a horse shoe ring valued at $200; and a box of shotgun shells valued at $25. Damage to the door and frame was estimated at $300.


5/7 - Raymond Weeks, Lake Pointe Lane, Clinton, reported that someone cut a lock off chain to gate and entered a commercial building on Pugh Road. Nothing was reported stolen. Damage to the lock was estimated at $20.
