There are no new updates or leads on a missing woman, last seen at her home by neighbors on July 3, according to investigators.

According to Donald Hall of the Warsaw Police Department, no new information has been obtained in the case of Darlene Wilson, 45, of 137 Marion Drive, Warsaw.

“No, nothing,” Hall said Monday. “This is a very important case and we are hoping that if anyone knows where she is, they will call us with that information.”

Wilson, whose parents live in Newton Grove, is described as an Africian-American female, standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. Her hair and eyes are black in color.

She is also described as suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

A Silver Alert went out early last week after family members, concerned for her well-being, informed police that she was missing.

“We haven’t heard from her,” said Wilson’s brother, Steve, said last week. “It is not like her to just up and go without letting us know where she is going.”

If you have any information on Wilson’s whereabouts, call the Warsaw Police Department c/o Donald Hall at 910-293-7816 or Luretha Lewis at 919-222-5266 or 910-594-1535.
