Arrests

• 11/20 — Lacy Roberts, 27, of 484 Highway 55 East, Dunn, was charged with two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and two counts of communicating threats. Roberts was given a $1,500 bond and a trail date of Dec. 6.

• 11/21 — Alfonza Alford, 33, of 658 Substation Road, Dunn, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Alford was given a $500 bond and a trial date of Dec. 14.

• 11/21 — Antonius Brice, 16, of 103 Tyndall Court, Clinton, was charged with simple assault. Brice was given a trial date of Dec. 16.

• 11/21 —Eric Beatty, 34, of 120 East Boney St., Clinton, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. Beatty was given a trail date of Jan. 7, 2010.

• 11/22 — Angel Hernandez, 45, of 5574 Arapahoe Court, Fayetteville, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hernandez was given a $7,000 bond and a trial date of Dec. 11.

• 11/22 — Ovel Roblero, 25, of unknown address, Clinton, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. Roblero was given a $200 bond and a trial date of Dec. 7.

Incidents/investigations

• 11/19 — Rita McIver, of Clinton, reported attempted breaking and entering. Reported damaged was a $350 glass sliding door; and a $50 window pane.

• 11/20 — Eugene Jones, of Clinton, reported a larceny. Reported stolen was a .38 caliber Armscan handgun.

• 11/20 — Wallace Sills, of Dunn, reported a breaking and entering and larceny. Reported stolen was a Sony CD player valued at $600; Damaged was two doors valued at $900; and two tinted screens valued at $60.

• 11/20 —Cecilia Becerra, of Garland, reported a motor vehicle theft. Reported stolen was a $4,000 Honda Civic.

• 11/21 — Maria Tellez, of Fayetteville, reported a larceny of a motor vehicle. Reported stolen was a 2004 Ford F-150 valued at $6,000.

• 11/21 —GoGas, of Clinton, reported damage to property. Reported damaged was $100 at a gas pump.

• 11/21 — Family Dollar, of Clinton, reported two $3 bottles of Armor All.

• 11/21 — Phillip Williams, of Newton Grove, reported a breaking and entering and larceny. Reported stolen was a Winchester .22 rifle valued at $100; a small heater and three brick brown gas heater — no value was listed on the report.

• 11/22 — Scott Carroll, of Dunn, reported a larceny. Reported stolen was a Miller welder valued at $1,300; a $400 backpack still blower orange, black and white; and a $900 big screen television.

• 11/22 — Nancy Smith, of Turkey, reported breaking and entering and a larceny. Reported stolen was $2,000 in jewelry and rugs; and $40 worth of coins.

• 11/22 — Modernitie Barber Shop, of Clinton, reported a burglary. Reported stolen was $450 in cash; and a $50 register.

• 11/22 — Wal-Mart, of Clinton, reported a larceny. Reported stolen was four CD’s valued at $40.
