Arrests

• Dec. 21 — Leonard Ray Faison Jr., 42, of 105 Kimberly Drive, Clinton, was charged with assault on a female, misdemeanor larceny and two counts of worthless check. No bond was set; court date is Jan. 5.

• Dec. 23 — Jason Randall Bullard, 27, of 64 Scotty Lane, Garland, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set; court date is Jan. 22.

• Dec. 23 — James Allan Brewington, 22, of 99 Perdie Hall Road, Clinton, was charged with violation of a domestic violence protective order. No bond was set; court date is Jan. 4.

• Dec. 23 — Valerie Ann McKoy, 40, of 513 Gold St., Roseboro, was charged with domestic criminal trespass. No bond was set.

• Dec. 26 — Timothy Scott Long, 48, of 411 Castle St., Wilmington, was charged with resisting a public officer and violation of a domestic violence protective order. Bond was set at $3,000; court date is Feb. 16.

• Dec. 26 — Vernon Donald Hicks, 49, of 810 McKoy St., Clinton, was charged with simple assault and communicating threats. No bond was set; court date is Jan. 5.

• Dec. 26 — Damian Albarron, 24, of 1141 Pendergrass Road, Warsaw, was charged with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Dec. 27 — Miguel A. Marrero, 36, of 8385 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set; court date is Jan. 28.

• Dec. 28 — Darren Wayne Royal, 49, of 164 Elbow Road, Salemburg, was charged with assault on a female, communicating threats and simple assault. Bond was set at $1,500; court date is Jan. 19.

• Dec. 28 — Virginia Lee Bannerman, 60, of 217-D Springwood Apts., Clinton, was charged with two counts of felony larceny and one count of misdemeanor larceny. Bond was set at $5,000; court date is Feb. 2.

Incidents/investigations

• Dec. 23 — Annie and Cecil Sessoms of Clinton reported a residential break-in, during which assorted medications were stolen. No value was listed.

• Dec. 25 — Tim Tucker of Clinton reported a residential break-in, with stolen items including a .45-caliber revolver, rolled coins and a target-shooting pistol complete with blue steel barrel. The value of the items was not known.

• Dec. 27 — Shomona and Eddie Lofton of Faison Highway reported a break-in to their vehicle. There was damage to a folding seat and a CD player and four tires and rims stolen. The items taken were valued at $2,250.

• Dec. 27 — Emma and Gleenwell Stevens of Faison reported vehicle break-ins at their home. A laptop computer, laptop case, DVDs, CDs, a revolver, GPS unit, four chrome rims and a toolbox with numerous tools in it were all stolen. The items were valued at approximately $3,275.

• Dec. 27 — Catherine Haney of Roseboro reported items taken from her residence. A keyboard, valued at $500, and assorted jewelry valued at $2,200, including three gold necklaces and two diamond clusters, were stolen.
