Arrests

• 2/27 — Earl Hodges, 23, of 77 Tamer Lane, Autryville, was charged with second degree trespassing. Hodges was given a $500 bond and a trial date of March 31.

• 2/27 — Tito Santiago, 36, of 3302 Bearskin Road, Clinton, was charged with communicating threats. Santiago was given a $300 bond and a trial date of March 10.

• 2/27 — Juan Garcia, 31, of 222 Futrell Pope Lane, Clinton, was charged with injury to personal property. Garcia was given a $500 bond and a trial date of March 17.

• 2/27 — Justin Toler, 47, of 5579 Autry Hwy., Autryville, was charged with driving while impaired (DWI); driving with an open container; simple possession of marijuana; and possessing drug paraphernalia. Toler was given an $800 bond and a trial date of April 13.

• 2/27 — John Ray Faison, 22, of 402 Weeks St., Clinton, was charged with damage to property. Faison was given a $1,000 bond and a trial date of April 19.

• 2/27 — Timothy Waters, 44, of 102 Butler Ave., Clinton was charged with DWI; driving while license revoked and failure to wear seat belt. Waters was given a $500 bond and a trial date of March 22.

• 2/28 — Ronald Stinson, 30, of 3485 Roseboro Hwy., Clinton, was charged with assault on a female; assault by pointing a gun; and two counts of communicating threats. Stinson was given a $3,000 bond and a trial date of March 30.

• 2/28 — Samuel Brunson, 46, of 1811 Butler Road, Salemburg, was charged with DWI. Brunson was given a $5,000 bond and a trial date of March 31.

• 2/28 — Percy Marshall, Jr. , 25, of 439 Clive Jacobs Road, Clinton, was charged with DWI; no operator’s license; and driving left of center. Marshall was given a $500 bond and a trail date of April 13.

• 2/26 — Eva Rojas Ramirez, of Clinton, reported a larceny. Reported stolen was a $6,000 tax return.

• 2/27 — George Carpenter, of Autryville, reported a larceny of a $150 cell phone.

• 2/27 — Tammy Gilchrist, of Clinton, reported damage to a $300 Suzuki passenger car.

• 2/28 — Octavia Harris, of Clinton, reported damage to four passenger tires valued at $800.

• 2/28 — Vicki Hernandez-Gomez, of Clinton, reported damage to a $200 gate and a $300 mobile home door.

• 2/28 — Sanderson’s Kwik Stop, of Clinton, reported a larceny of $43.22 in gas.

• 2/28 — Donna Reedy, of Godwin, reported a breaking and entering and larceny. Reported stolen was $250 in cash; a $50 Lowe’s card; an $85 bottle of men’s cologne; a $10 key; a $50 chain saw; $100 in garden tools; and a $300 gold necklace.

• 2/28 — Steven Sills, of Dunn, reported the theft of a $100 laptop computer.
