• July 9 — Irvin Hall Jr., 40, of 335 Libbie Road, Autryville, was charged with second degree trespass. No bond was set; court date is Aug. 23.

• July 9 — Warren Stanley Bullard, 31, of 2641 Fleet Cooper Road, Clinton, was charged with second degree trespass. No bond was set; court date is Aug. 23.

• July 9 — Michael Dean Bullard, 33, of 540 Libbie Road, Autryville, was charged with second degree trespass. No bond was set; court date is Aug. 23.

• July 9 — Marion Lopez, 33, of 251 Delway Hwy., Harrells, was charged with simple affray. Bond was set at $500; court date is Aug. 3.

• July 9 — Daniel Zunun, 26, of 353 Kena St., Andrews, was charged with simple affray. Bond was set at $500; court date is Aug. 3.

• July 10 — Charles Anthony Briva, 55, of 128 S. Gray St., Apt. D., Autryville, was charged with driving while impaired, no operator’s license and fictitious tags. Bond was set at $1,000; court date is Aug. 17.

• July 10 — Anatheran Donnell McKeithan, 53, of 528 Byron Butler Court, Clinton, was charged with aggravated assault. No bond was set; court date is Aug. 31.

• July 10 — Terry Lynn Smith, 35, of 1521 Bass Lake Road, Roseboro, was charged with shoplifting. No bond was set; court date is Sept. 28.

• July 11 — Charles Lee Foraker, 36, of 11390 Keener Road, Faison, was charged with aggravated assault. No bond was set; court date is Aug. 30.

• July 11 — Anthony Rashawn Green, 36, of Lot 15 Payne St., Roseboro, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was set at $10,000; court date is July 23.

• July 11 — William Jason Hall, 29, of 785 Saddle Club Road, Autryville, was charged with domestic assault on a female. No bond was set; court date is Aug. 17.

• July 11 — Anthony Lashone Green, 36, of Lot 15 Payne St., Roseboro, was charged with two counts of probation violation. Bond was set at $25,000; court date is Aug. 23.

• July 11 — Robert Carl Hall, 58, of 821 Saddle Club Road, Autryville, was charged with assault on a female, assault by pointing a gun and communicating threats. Bond was set at $1,000; court date is July 27.

• July 11 — Kenneth Wayne Owens, 32, of 930 Minnie Hall Road, Autryville, was charged with second degree trespass. No bond was set; court date is Aug. 23.

• July 9 — Bobby Lee Wise Jr. of Garland reported the theft of an Xbox 360 and controller, 270 rifle, a PlayStation guitar and a safe, valued at a total of $1,400. A coin collection was also taken, however no value was given.

• July 9 — Clay Hodgin of Elizabethtown reported the larceny of copper wire from an unfinished residence in the Garland area. The wire was valued at $2,500. Electrical cords owned by Gary Bailey of Bladenboro were valued at $200.

• July 9 — Elsie Lucas of Roseboro reported a pocketbook taken from her vehicle. There was an undisclosed sum of money, blank checks and numerous personal documents, including a driver’s license and insurance card, stolen.

• July 9 — Jason Royal of Dunn reported a 17-foot boat with the words “Bass America” on it, along with a 60 HP boat motor and an 18-foot boat trailer. The items were valued at $8,700.

• July 10 — Timothy Dunn of Clinton reported the theft of two handguns, including .22-caliber and a .380-caliber, valued at $300.

• July 10 — Marcedo McNeal of Garland reported a break-in to his home, with items stolen including a gold chain and watch owned by Gregory McKoy, together valued at $11,700. Damage to a lock and door was estimated at $200.

• July 10 — Sherrye Royal of Dunn was the victim in the theft of an air conditioning unit from a rental property. The unit was valued at $2,500.

• July 10 — Manuel Dario Rivera of Dunn reported a break-in and theft of prescription medications, assorted over-the-counter medications, a glass change jar and $100 in cash.

• July 11 — Barbara Harris reported the Your Convenience Scotchman store on Taylors Bridge Highway, Magnolia, was the victim of theft. Four propane tanks, valued at $200, were taken.
