Jennifer Dineen Boose and Blake Tyler Hudson were united in marriage at Haymount United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina on May 15, 2010 at 4 oclock in the afternoon. The Reverend Woodrow Wells officiated the double ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Boose and LtCol (RET) and Mrs. Norman Cole. She is the granddaughter of Col. (Ret.) Gordon Boose and the late Mrs. Nancy Boose and Major (Ret.) Stanley Stankiewicz and the late Mrs. Patricia Stankiewicz of Fayetteville, North Carolina. The bride is a graduate of Terry Sanford High School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is enrolled in the Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy Program at East Carolina University, class of 2012. She currently is a Developmental Therapist with Speech and Language Rehabilitation Services, Inc. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. G. Dewey Hudson, Jr. of Clinton, North Carolina. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Hudson of Turkey and Mrs. Marceline H. Herring and the late Mr. Robert T. Herring of Clinton. The groom is a graduate of Clinton High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from North Carolina State University and is the Business Manager for Speech and Language Rehabilitation Services, Inc.
The bride was escorted by her father and presented in marriage by her parents. She wore a white crystal satin strapless gown with a sweetheart neckline. The bodice of the gown featured ruching with hand applied crystals. The skirt featured a chapel length train with soft draping from the waistline. The double-layer veil featured delicate lace, crystal and pearl edging and a blusher. She carried a bouquet of calla lilies, white roses, hydrangea, stephanotis and orchids which was hand wrapped with fabric from her mothers wedding gown and adorned with a pin which belonged to her maternal grandmother. The bride wore matching pearl earrings, which were a gift from her mother and a pearl necklace, a gift from the groom. She also wore a family heirloom pearl bracelet which had belonged to her paternal grandmother.
Miss Meredith Smith of Fayetteville and Miss Amisha Patel of Durham served as Maids of Honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Kate Hudson Saunders of Apex, sister of the groom, Miss Caitlin Cole of Centerville, Ohio, sister of the bride, Miss Jessica Boose of Fayetteville, sister of the bride, Miss Allison Fowler of Raleigh and Miss Sarah Franks of Vero Beach, Florida. They wore black silk strapless floor length gowns with detailed bodices. Each bridesmaid wore a pearl bracelet, a gift from the bride. Their bouquets were hand-tied calla lilies, roses and hydrangeas. Miss Caitlin Lacey and Miss Rebecca Stone were Honorary Bridesmaids and greeted guests upon entering the church.
Mr. G. Dewey Hudson, Jr., father of the groom, served as best man. The groomsmen were Michael Boose, Jr., brother of the bride of Greenville, Brad Boose, brother of the bride, of Wilmington, Justin White, brother of the bride, of Fayetteville, Steven Fulton of Greensboro, Shep Butler of Chapel Hill and Matthew Sutton of Raleigh. The groom wore a black tuxedo with a white vest and tie. He also wore the wedding band belonging to his maternal grandfather, Mr. Robert T. Herring. The best man and groomsmen wore matching black tuxedos with gray vests and ties.
Wedding music was provided by Mrs. Donna Davenport, organist and Mrs. Lisa Packer, soloist.
Following the ceremony, the parents of the bride hosted a dinner and dance at Highland Country Club. After dinner, guests danced to the music of the Johnny Dollar Band and enjoyed a surprise guest vocalist, Caitlin Cole, sister of the bride who serenaded the couple. Guests honored the newly married couple with heartfelt toasts and wishes for a wonderful future. Following the reception, the bride and groom departed amid a walkway of sparklers in a white 1964 Cadillac convertible.
Following a honeymoon in Hawaii on the islands of Maui and Oahu, the couple will reside in Goldsboro.

Prenuptial Events
An Engagement Party was hosted by Amisha Patel and Meredith Smith on April 18, 2009 for family and friends of the bridal couple.
An Engagement Party was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Hudson on May 22, 2009 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The bridal couple dined at the Paris resort atop the Las Vegas Strip and attended the theatrical production of Love.
A Bed and Breakfast Brunch was hosted by Allison Fowler and Mrs. Dayle Fowler at the Fowler home on Sept. 19, 2009. A delicious brunch was held and the bride was given gifts associated with the theme.
Mrs. Norma West entertained the bridal couple and family members with a Luncheon at the Boathouse Restaurant, Central Park, New York City on Oct. 22, 2009. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal and provided celebratory toasts for the happy couple.
An Italian Dinner Party was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Gary Kroeger, Alex and Lauren, and Mrs. And Mrs. John Nelson, III, John and Melissa, maternal family members of the groom and Mrs. Marcie Herring, maternal grandmother of the groom at the Herring home on March 6, 2010. Family members enjoyed a delightful meal as well as reminiscing about the groom.
A Monogram Bridal Shower was held on March 27, 2010 hosted by Mrs. Donna Boose and Jessica Boose at the Boose home. The bride received lovely gifts with her new monogram.
A Stock the Bar Party for the Groom was held on March 27, 2010 hosted by Michael Boose, Jr, Brad Boose and Justin White at Itz Sports Bar in Fayetteville. The men of the wedding enjoyed an afternoon of festivities.
Friends of the grooms family hosted a Cocktail Party at the Victor R. Small House on April 17, 2010. The bridal couple, family and friends enjoyed an elegant evening.
A miscellaneous shower attended by the Hudson ladies was hosted by Mrs. Glenda Powers and Mrs. Dianne Hudson, paternal aunts of the groom and Mrs. Kate Hudson Saunders, sister of the groom at the Ashford Inn on April 18, 2010.
The bride enjoyed a Bachelorette Week-end in Charleston, S.C. on April 30-May 2, 2010, hosted by her bridesmaids at the Church Street Inn.
The bride and groom were honored by the staff of Speech and Language Rehabilitation Services, Inc. with a miscellaneous shower, held poolside, on May 6, 2010. Mrs. Sarah Oglesby and Mrs. Chasity Poplin hosted the event.
The groom enjoyed a Bachelors Week-end at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on May 7-9, 2010, hosted by the groomsmen.
A Bridal Luncheon was held on May 14, 2010, hosted by Mrs. Kim Cole, mother of the bride and Miss Caitlin Cole, sister of the bride, at the Hilltop House Restaurant. Guests dined and enjoyed the traditional charm pulling with the brides mother giving the meaning of each charm.
Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Hudson hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Hilltop House restaurant on the evening of May 14, 2010. The bridal party, family and out of town guests dined and were entertained with a montage of the bridal couples early years and soloist Tony Barnes.
