He was given a $250,000 and a trial date of July 23.
The three men were arrested on Savannah Hill Road in the northern part of the county after Cruz and Ceruentez came in from Siler City and Sanford, respectively.
“This has been an ongoing investigation for three months now,” said an undercover agent with SID Monday. “Our guys acted on an initial anonymous tip and continued surveillance of these men. At one point, there was a purchase of dope, but we wanted to wait (to make an arrest) until all the men were in the area at the same time.”
The agent said the 18-year-old Cerentez was believed to be in charge of the operation.
“These guys were suppliers of drugs to this county,” said the agent. “I am just proud of the work the agents did in making this bust.”
In all, 140.7 grams of cocaine and 10.7 grams of marijuana were seized in the arrest. The drugs are estimated to having a street value of $14,000.

Once again, Congrats to these hard working, dedicated deputies.
PS I am looking for the comments from Floyd and Goober calling these guys Andy and Barney. I guess they are back in their armchairs cooling it.
