A Spivey’s Corner woman was arrested and charged with two felony drug offenses after a routine traffic stop Tuesday evening near Union Grove Church Road.

According to reports from the Sampson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies pulled over a 2002 GMC Yukon that Eason was driving around 5:30 p.m. for a traffic infraction.

Deputies discovered Eason was carrying 5.1 grams of Percocet, .1 grams of crack cocaine, and 1 gram of Ambien, listed as a schedule IV controlled substance.

Eason was taken to the Sampson County Detention Center and placed under a $5,000 bond and given a trial date of Aug. 20.
