Grey Morgan, chief executive officer of Southern Bank, middle, helps cut the ribbon at a ceremony held Wednesday at the new Southern Bank in Salemburg, which opened up at the corner of Main and College streets earlier this year. Standing with him are bank officials and county and municipal leaders who also came out to celebrate the occassion.
