By the time everyone reads this Christmas will be over, but I do hope that everyone had a very Merry Christmas and enjoyed their time with family and friends. Hopefully everyone has had a chance to recover from the hectic shopping and cooking.
It’s now time to think about those New Year’s Resolutions. What have you resolved to do this upcoming New Year? Our goals don’t have to be huge but they can be attainable if we really take time to think about what we need to do and change in the New Year.
The center will open on schedule on Jan. 2. Maybe some of my readers can set their New Year’s Resolution to taking a few hours out of their week to give back to the community and volunteer. There is always room for volunteers.
Don’t forget to contact the center to sign up for the computer classes. Come have a cup of coffee with us at the center and remember old times and talk about new things going on next year. There is always room for more smiling faces.
Don’t forget to love your family and friends. Now that all the running around is over, take time to reflect and take inventory on yourself. Hopefully lessons have been learned, opening room for new experiences.
Have a Happy New Year. Be safe and happy.
