ROSEBORO — Mr. Jerry Kenneth Melvin, 72 of the Beaver Dam Community, Roseboro, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 12, 2013 after gallantly fighting serious health related illnesses for 25 years.
The funeral will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15 at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Shook and Dr. Odell Peterson officiating. A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 7 p.m.. in the Fellowship Hall at Beaver Dam Baptist Church, 4706 Beaver Dam Church Road, Roseboro, and other times at the home of Mike and Denise Hall.
Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W. Roseboro Street, Roseboro.
