Dancy Draughon Jr.

CLINTON — Mr. Dancy Draughon Jr., 79, of 2023 Isaac Weeks Road, died Monday, Jan. 21, 2013 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 26, at St. Stephen United Holy Church, Turkey with elder Willie Bryant officiating. Burial will follow at Draughon Family Cemetery, Clinton. Public visitation will be held Friday, January 25 from 1-7 p.m. at Brock Memorial & Worley Funeral Home, Clinton.

Mr. Draughon Jr. is survived by his wife, Lois Draughon of the home; daughters, Virginia Faison and Deborah Draughon both of Clinton, Carrie Fryar of Washington, D.C.; sons, Anthony Draughon, Michael Draughon, and Dancy Draughon III, all of Clinton; sister, Luevenia Baskin of Solson, Calif.; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
