James “Bud” Lewis Sr., 80
AUTRYVILLE — Mr. James E. “Bud” Lewis, Sr., 80, of 1805 Minnie-Hall Road, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013 at the V.A. Hospital in Fayetteville. Mr. Lewis was born on Feb. 18, 1932, in Sampson County to the late Evolyn Neal Lewis and Mary Louise Culbreth Hall.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at Halls United Methodist Church in Autryville with the Rev. Carrie W. Parrish officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military honors.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Butler Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Halls United Methodist Church, 4621 Minnie-Hall Road, Autryville, N.C. 28318.
