WEST END — Mrs. Elizabeth “Libby” Thomas Hester, 81, of West End, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at her home.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 16, at 1 p.m.. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Kenneth Rahal officiating. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.
