The Halls School Class of 1954 celebrated its 61st anniversary on Sunday, Nov. 15, at Hong Kong City in Clinton. The classmates in attendance were Dixie Casey Sinclair, Perry Hope, Dorothy Wilson Smith, Hazel McCullen Ray, John Reid Aman, Billie Faye Bell Hatch and Harold Wilson. Classmates unable to attend were Perry Darden, Fulton Brewer, W.B. Shipp, and Glenwood Boyette. Michael Mozingo provided special music and remembered classmates who are deceased: Wade Byrd, Lawrence Bowden, Elwood Hobbs, Norma Jean King Spell, Marie Clifton Hairr, Donald Barbour, Charles McKenzie, Edith Bradshaw, Joyce Weeks Cashwell and Durwood Sinclair. The celebration was sponsored by the Edith Bradshaw Scholarship.
