Members of the Newton Grove Methodist Church brave the cold, misty weather Saturday to display their float depicting the birth of Jesus, the true reason for celebration of the Christmas season. They, along with dozens of others, smiled and waved to a packed crowd of parade-goers who bundled up to enjoy the town’s second kick-off to the holiday season following the Circle of Lights just over a week ago.
