A Clinton man already charged in connection with two break-ins on Penny Tew Mill Road has now received additional felony counts in connection with two more break-ins from one of those properties.

On Tuesday, Tony Edward Blue, 29, of 1115 Warren Road, Clinton, was charged with two counts each of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing/concealing stolen property, along with an additional count of felony larceny.

“The charges stem from two separate breaking entering and larcenies on Penny Tew Mill Rd. that were reported on May 20 and May 21,” Sheriff’s Lt. Marcus Smith said. “The two incidents were at the same address and just occurred a day apart from each other.”

According to reports from Smith, several thousands of dollars’ worth of automotive related items were stolen from 3429 Penny Tew Mill Road. Investigators said Blue went to the location on several occasions and committed the larcenies.

In recent weeks, Blue has been charged in connection with two other break-ins and thefts of car parts from the 3429 Penny Tew Mill Road home and a neighboring residence that occurred during the same timeframe in May, authorities have said.

He received $46,000 bond in connection with those two incidents. His bond for the new charges was set at $30,000 total.
