Rehearsals are continuing for our first summer musical of the 2017 season, Honk! Jr.
All of the ensemble and cast members are super excited to see this musical unfold onstage. We have many bright students and cast members in this show such as Chris Floyd. Chris is Home schooled and is a freshman, he is the son of Catherine Floyd. In Honk! Jr. Chris is portraying Drake, the father of the Ugly Duckling. This is the 5th show that Chris will be in at SCT, he has played many roles including Mufasa in the Sampson Community Theatre’s production of The Lion King Jr. Be sure to catch Chris onstage along with many other talented students when Honk! Jr. hits the stage this summer.
This production is directed by Dr. Linda Carr and the show dates are set to be from June 22 – July 2.
