Man facing kidnapping, ‘terrorize’ charges

A Nebraska man stands charged of terrorizing and kidnapping following a reported break-in to his ex-girlfriend’s residence in Sampson County.

According to reports provided by the Sampson County Sheriff’s Office, on March 9, officers responded to a breaking and entering on Butler Road, Salemburg. When they arrived, they spoke with the female victim, who reported her ex-boyfriend and forcibly entered the residence and assaulted her.

“During the investigation, investigators found enough evidence to obtain warrants on the ex-boyfriend and charge him with the related crimes,” Sheriff’s Lt. Marcus Smith noted.

Salvador Adame Farias, 23, of 1011 Denver St, Neb., was arrested the next day.

He was charged with breaking and entering to terrorize or injure and second degree kidnapping. He was placed under $50,000 secured bond. He was taken into custody on Murchison Road, Spring Lake, reports state.
