On Wednesday, Sept. 2-4 at 7:30 p.m., the Pre-Pastoral Anniversary for Elder Bryan Farland of St. Peter United Holiness Church, Keener is already in progress. Different churches each night.

On Wednesday, Sept. 2, at 7 p.m., mid-week service is held at The New Church of Christ, Faison. Eldress Syliva Denkins will minister the word and the combine choir will render the music.

On Wednesday, Sept. 2-4, at 7:30 each night, fall revival will be held at Mingle Hill Disciples of Christ Church, Salemburg. The guest speaker is Dr. Onyx Martin, pastor of St. Paul Church of Christ, Clinton and Higher Level Ministries of Kenansville.

On Saturday, Sept. 5, at 3 p.m., the descendants of John and Hessie McPhail, will host their 2015 McPhail Family Reunion during Labor Day weekend. The McPhail Family Picinc held at the Western Assembly Building, 9766 Hwy. 701, Newton Grove.

On Sunday, Sept. 6, at 11 a.m., McPhail Family Annual Workshop Service at Cedar Point Disciples of Christ Church, 1258 Cedar Point Rd., Newton Grove. The program and dinner will be at 1 p.m. at the Cedar Point Education Building. All family members are asked to complete their registration in advance by contacting Perlie Wilson at 910-658-9399.

On Saturday, Sept. 5, at 12 p.m., the Lewises and Hargroves will celebrate their Annual Family Reunion at the Fire-Station in Warsaw. There will be different events for the children and adults.

On Sunday, Sept. 6, at 11 a.m., the Family Reunion will have worship service at The New Church of Christ, Faison. The speaker will be assistant pastor, Yolanda Bennett and the women’s choir will render the music. Dinner will be served following the service.

On Sunday, Sept. 6, at 11 a.m., St. Peters United Holiness Church will continue to celebrate their pastor Elder Bryan Farland anniversary. The guest speaker is pastor Gertie Stevens, choir and congregation of Who So Ever Will Church, Newton Grove. Dinner will be served following the morning service. At 3 p.m., the guest speaker for the evening is District Elder Flow, choir and congregation, of St. Luke Church, Rosehill.

On Sunday, Sept. 6, at 11 a.m., Running Branch Discipes of Christ Church, Clinton will celebrate their pastor Elder Calvin Deans 11th anniversary. The guest speaker is Elder James Newsome, choir and congregation of St. Paul Disciples Church of Christ, Zebulon. Dinner will be served following the service.

On Sunday, Sept. 6, at 3 p.m., service will be held at St. Stephens Holiness Church, Turkey. The guest speaker is the Rev. Frank Faison, choir and congregation of St. John Church, Warsaw. Refreshments will be served.
