Arrests/citations

• July 6 — Matthew Hunter Carr, 32, of 904 S. Taylor St., Goldsboro, was charged with shoplifting, stolen property, resisting arrest/hinder and delay. Bond set at $10,000; court date is July 13.

• July 7 — Jason Kevon Raynor, 32, of 2227 Old Raleigh Road, Clinton, was charged with driving while impaired, speeding, expired registration card/tag and expired inspection sticker. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Aug. 7

• July 7 — Francisca Lizando Duarte, 45, of 630 Rosemary Lane, Rose Hill, was charged with shoplifting. No bond or court date listed.

• July 7 — James Edward Schumaker, 25, of 185 Dick Pope Lane, Clinton, was charged with driving while impaired. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Aug. 7.

• July 8 — Fulton Junior Oates, 26, of 224 Lewis St., Clinton, was charged with damage to property. Bond set at $1,500; court date is July 12.

• July 8 — Jonathan Wayne Faircloth, 31, of 118 Dunn Road, Roseboro, was charged with shoplifting-larceny. No bond; court date is Aug. 8.

• July 8 — Theresa Nicole Brooks, 30, of 709 Hollandtown Road, Salemburg, was charged with shoplifting-larceny. No bond; court date is Aug. 8.

• July 8 — Angel Del Carmen Romero Sanchez, 54, of 140 Sandy Lane, Clinton, was charged with driving while impaired. Bond set at $1,500; court date is Aug. 23.

• July 8 — Henry Earl Oates II, 28, of 1501 Laurel Lake Road, Salemburg, was charged with driving while impaired. Bond set at $2,000; court date is Aug. 8.

• July 10 — Minger Clay Melvin III, 38, of 213 E. Carter St., Clinton, was charged on out-of-county warrant with resisting public officer. Bond set at $2,500; court date is July 20.

• July 10 — Jameshia Annie-Faye Dudley, 25, of 115 Browns Terrace Circle, Rose Hill, was charged with shoplifting. No bond; court date is Aug. 20.

Incidents/investigations

• July 10 — Evelyn Williams of Roseboro reported the theft of an air conditioning unit, valued at $1,500.
