Arrests/citations

• Sept. 4 — Joey R. Faircloth, 29, of 426 Royal Lane, Clinton, was charged with one count of felony possession of cocaine. Bond set at $20,000.

• Sept. 5 — James L. Woodard Jr., 28, of breaking and entering; second degree trespassing; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $2,000; court date is Oct. 5.

• Sept. 6 — Paul T. Sellars, 44, of 3505 Tuckahoe Road, Ivanhoe, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor simple physical assault upon an officer; two counts of misdemeanor simple non-physical threat upon an officer; and one count of misdemeanor escape from custody or resist arrest. Bond set at $8,000; court date is set for Sept. 30.

• Sept. 6 — Mary E. Johnson, 37, of 2120 Carry Bridge Road, Autryville, was charged with being intoxicated and disruptive. Bond set at $1,500; court date is Oct. 6.

• Sept. 7 — Jernell C. Coley, 35, of 27 St. Charles Lane, Clinton, was charged with assault on a female and communicating threats. No bond set; court date is Sept. 22.

• Sept. 7 — Whitney McDonald, 27, of 1961 Beaman Woods Road, Clinton, was charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle. Bond set at $2,000; court date is Oct. 5.

Incidents/investigations

• Sept. 4 — The Roseboro Fire Department made a call for service for damage to their fire trucks. According to the report, a fire truck collided with a bay door. The value of the damage is $1,000. The case is closed.

• Sept. 4 — Charlie Davis of Clinton was the victim of larceny which occurred on Old Fayetteville Road, Salemburg. The items stolen included a refrigerator, bed and frame, AC unit, entertainment center and dolly loading cart. The value of the property is $1,375. The case is under investigation.

• Sept. 4 — Patrick D. Keene of Roseboro was the victim of burglary-forcible entry which occurred at his home on Mintz Road, Roseboro. Three door frames were damaged during the incident. The items stolen included two television, jewelry box with ladies jewelry, check books drawn on Branch Banking and Trust, 12 gauge pump action and 9 mm semi automatic black in color handgun. The value of the property is $2,660. The case is under investigation.

• Sept. 4 — St. Stephen Holliness Church of Turkey reported a burglary on Wilmington Road in Turkey. The items stolen included a keyboard, stand, two single guitars, bass drum pedal, snare drum and cordless microphone. The value of the property is $2,850. The case is closed and all leads have been exhausted.

• Sept. 5 — Crystal D. Ours of Newton Grove was the victim of vandalism and assault with a deadly weapon. According to reports, an offender damaged the victim’s vehicle. The value of the damage is $1,000.

• Sept. 7 — Walter Williams of Godwin was the victim of larceny which occurred on Fayetteville Highway. The incident occurred when unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s home and removed a lawn mower. The value of the property is $500. The case is closed since all leads have been exhausted.

• Sept. 7 — Scarlet K. Smith of Godwin was the victim of vandalism which occurred on Autry Mill Road. According to reports, unknown suspect(s) broke the back glass the victim’s vehicle. The value of the damage is $800. The case is closed and leads have been exhausted.
