• Feb. 11 — Cindy Michelle Rouse, 42, of 1700 Microwave Tower Road, Roseboro, was charged with communicating threats and harassing phone call. No bond set; court date is March 11.
• Feb. 11 — Russell Condell Bell, 28, of 513 Longview Lake Road, Garland, was charged with assault on a government official/employee. Bond set at $3,000; court date is Feb. 25.
