Arrests/citations

• July 6 — Kala Iyona McLymore, 22, of 11439 Garland Hwy., Clinton, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign/flashing red light, driving while license revoked, simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance and possession of open container/consuming alcohol in passenger area. Bond set at $1,500; court date is July 18.

• July 6 — Jaime Lopez, 51, of Clinton, was charged with second degree trespass, littering 15-500 pounds, open container of alcohol violation. Bond set at $500; court date is July 17.

• July 6 — Jose Martinez, 51, of Clinton, was charged with second degree trespass, littering 50-500 pounds, open container of alcohol violation. Bond set at $500; court date is July 17.

• July 6 — Luiz Gutierrez-Hernandez, 42, of 7$ Francis Lane, Clinton, was charged with driving while impaired, open container after consuming alcohol, no operator’s license and drive left of center. Bond set at $5,000; court date is Aug. 1.

• July 8 — Dylan Christopher Rich, 25, of 111 Harmon St., Clinton, was charged on out-of-county warrant with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond set; court date is Aug. 5.

• July 8 — Jeremy Derrell Owens, 39, of 426-D Royal Lane, Clinton, was charged with driving while impaired. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Aug. 12.

• July 9 — Wendell Rich, 56, of 409-B Elizabeth St., Clinton, was charged with habitual impaired driving. No bond set; court date is July 19.

• July 9 — Beverly Weeks Jones, 77, of 505 W. Boney St., Clinton, was charged with fleeing to elude. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Aug. 5.

• July 9 — Ronald Keith Jones, 58, of 600 Calhoun St., Clinton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of resisting public officer, communicating threats, open container after consuming, resisting public officer and habitual felon . No bond listed; court date is Aug. 5.

• July 11 — Alberto Maldonado Estremera, 53, of 92 Robert Lane, Newton Grove, was charged with shoplifting/concealment of goods and larceny/remove/destroy/deactivate device. Bond set at $5,000; court date is July 19.

• July 11 — Yateisha Melvin Wright, 29, of 2800 U.S. Highway 701 North, Elizabethtown, was charged with felony possession of cocaine, simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance, possession of controlled substance in jail premises and order for arrest out of Bladen County. Bond set at $12,500; court date is July 19.
