Thanksgiving is next Thursday. It’s hard to believe another year is almost gone. Let’s thank God for another year. The Christmas Parade is Dec. 10, 2016 at 10 a.m. If you are interested in getting an application please contact us today by noon.

It is the time for giving. This wonderful season brings so much happiness to the community and we want you to use some of that giving attitude to a child in need this season. Give the gift of warmth this holiday season and donate coats to our 2016 Coat Closet. We have the drop off locations on our website at www.clintonsampsonchamber.org. You can drop off coats from now until Nov. 30.

Come on out to our Business After Hours today from 5:30-7 p.m. at Performance Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. Kick off this holiday season with a fun night with food and beverages. This is an event you do not want to miss. They are located at 605 Warsaw Road here in Clinton.

Saturday, Nov. 26, is the national Small Business Saturday and like most, Sampson County is participating in this event. Small Business Saturday gives us a chance to celebrate the small businesses in our Sampson County community. The owners of these businesses have chosen our county to live out their dreams and to raise their families and to grow. This is the Saturday that we take to thank them, to support them, and to shop local. Shopping local means that for every $100 spent, $73 is brought back into our community and after the disaster of Hurricane Matthew, this year it will be even more important.

For any information about how you can get involved or for any information regarding the Chamber please contact us at 910-592-6177 or you can reach us by email at [email protected].
