Arrests/citations

July 10 — James Perry, 21, of 20 Laurel Wood Lane, Salemburg, was charged with one count of felony aid and abet. Bond set at $25,000; court date is July 24.

July 10 — William F. Chavis, 40, of 3399 Cabin Museum Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond; court date is Aug. 26.

July 10 — Vince E. Marshall Jr., 28, of 60 Old Store Road, Dunn, was charged with possession of marijuana, less than half ounce. No bond set; court date is Aug. 26.

July 10 — Calvin Shaw, 22, of 103 Jackson Road, Dunn, was charged with possession of marijuana. No bond set; court date is Aug. 26.

July 10 — Justin W. Brock, 17, of 2005 Fayetteville Hwy., Godwin, was charged with stalking. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Aug. 10.

July 10 — Osheena T. Monk, 22, of 990 Chestnutt Road, Turkey, was charged with two counts of simple worthless check. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Aug.25.

July 11 — Jeremy C. Cline, 30, of 687 Wells Chapel Church Road, Harrells, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Bond set at $500; court date is July 30.

July 12 — Jose O. Meza, 23, of 214 Nicole Lane, Clinton, was charged with one county of felony possession of cocaine and one count of felony possession of a controlled substance in a prison.jail premises. Bond set at $15,000; court date is July 17.

July 12 — Jeffery S. Klaiss, 36, of 3862 Emmuas Church Road, Mount Olive, was charged with violating a domestic violence protective order. No bond set; court date is July 21.

Incidents/investigations

July 10 — Leslie E. Spell Jr. of Clinton was the victim of larceny, which occurred at his home on Faison Highway, Clinton. The items stolen included electric trolling motor 40 pound thrust and a depth finder. The value of the items were $800.

July 11 — Dulce Hernandez of Clinton reported vandalism to her vehicle, located at her home on Livingston Lane, Clinton. The value of the damage is $600.

July 11 — Spring M. Stuart of Clinton was the victim of simple physical assault, larceny and vandalism. The incidents occurred on Pinewood Street in Roseboro. The items stolen included a cell phone, assortment of cloths and two dogs. The value of the property is $1,350.
