Arrests
• April 29 — Armando Narvaez Figueroa, 33, of 125 Wayne Lane, Clinton, was charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny and possessing/concealing stolen property. Bond was set at $10,000; court date is May 11.
• April 29 — Clyde Earl Gallagher, 53, of 3181 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, was charged with habitual impaired driving. Bond was set at $7,500; court date is May 8.
Incidents/investigations
• April 29 — Murphy-Brown Farm was the victim in a theft of items from Garland, including various electric tools, two battery chargers and a battery. Items were valued at $525.
